2011-2012 Season Evaluations
Come join our family and be a part of Central Illinois' FIRST and BEST All Star Cheerleading Program!

We have teams for GIRLS and BOYS of ALL AGES and ALL ABILITY LEVELS!
Absolutely
NO EXPERIENCE is necessary to join one of our teams, just the desire and ability to learn the skills of all-star cheer!
At Victory Academy, we take pride in having a team for everyone, from the first year cheerleader to the most advanced athlete!  We believe that with hard work,
determination, and dedication on our part and on yours, we can teach you all aspects of cheerleading.  This includes basic to advanced skills in stunts, jumps,
tumbling, and motions & dance.

Our all star cheerleading teams are formed through stress-free and fun evaluation sessions.  These sessions are run more like a practice,  where we will teach and
work together on all aspects of cheerleading, including tumbling, jumps, motions & dance, and stunts.  This allow us to assess each athlete's current skill level, as
well as their potential and willingness to learn.  Since the USASF allows for multiple levels within each age group, no one will be cut from our program, but rather we
will evaluate each individual and place them on the team best suited for their age and skill level.  No matter if you are a beginner or advanced athlete, or somewhere in
between, we have a team for you!

We ask that when attending evaluations, all athletes wear shorts and a t-shirt or tank top and cheerleading shoes or other gym shoes.  Hair must also be pulled up
into a clean ponytail.  All athletes will be placed on a team and they will be posted here after evaluations are completed.

Below you will see the days and times for registration, new parent meeting, and evaluations.  We strongly encourage everyone to pre-register by completing the
required forms and turning them in ahead of time.  Forms can be mailed in or dropped off at the front desk.  All parents who are new to our program must attend the
brief meeting on April 9th.  All cheerleaders must attend both evaluation days for their age group.  If you have a conflict with dates, please contact us to schedule an
alternative time.  After evaluations, each athlete must pay their Start-Up Fee is order to be placed on a team.  Team placements will be posted on our website by
numbers, not names.  A required parent meeting will take place in late April and team practices will begin in May.
Team Divisions and Levels
Teams are divided by both age and skill level.  The
breakdown of ages for each division and the levels that are
offered in each for the upcoming season are listed below.
Your age on the cut off date, August 31, 2011, determines
your "competition age" for the season.

Tiny - Age 5 and under - Level 1

Mini - Ages 8 and under - Levels 1, 2, 3

Youth - Ages 11 and under - Levels 1, 2, 3, 4, 5

Juniors - Ages 14 and under - Levels 1, 2, 3, 4, 5

(High school graduates are still eligible for a Senior

*The number of athletes present at evaluations, along with
their ages and skill levels, will determine the exact teams and
number of teams that we will have for the 2011-2012 season.
We have no way of knowing at this time what make-up of
teams we will have for the season.
